Ventra keeps an eye on the studies recruiting around your ZIP code and lets you know when one matches the area of health you chose. Signing up is free, and every decision after that stays with you.
How matching works
At any moment, a great many clinical studies are recruiting across the country, and most are hard to find unless you know where to look.
Ventra does the looking. You tell us where you live and which area of health matters to you, and we compare the requirements studies publish with your answers. When one near you lines up, you hear from us. When none does, you hear nothing.
Free from start to finish. Nobody pays to sign up, and nobody pays to stop.
Matches, not pressure. A text tells you a study exists; it never tells you to join.
Your details stay with us. A study team hears from you only if you call them, or ask us to pass your details on.
One reply to stop. Text STOP and the messages end the same day.

Questions
No. Signing up, receiving matches and leaving are all free, and Ventra never asks for card or insurance details.
No. Ventra does not run studies, see patients or employ researchers. We read the requirements that recruiting studies publish and let you know when one near you lines up with what you told us.
You get a short message naming the kind of study, roughly where it is and how to contact its team. Whether you get in touch is up to you, and the team then decides with you whether you can take part.
Only if you ask us to. Otherwise the match simply tells you how to reach the study team yourself.
No. We ask for your name, contact details, ZIP code and one research area. A study team that wants to know more about your health will ask you directly.
Only when there is something worth your time, and never more than four messages a month. Many months there will be none.
