Ventra match alerts
Ventra Research Center, at ventrarc.com, sends text messages to people who sign up on our Get match alerts page and check the text message box. The messages tell you about research studies near you in the area you chose, and include messages about your sign-up such as its confirmation and replies to HELP and STOP. Some are marketing messages.
The box is optional. If you leave it unchecked, we contact you by email instead.
These are recurring messages and may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on the Get match alerts page and checking the text message box, which is never checked for you. No other page on ventrarc.com asks for a mobile number. After you sign up, we send a single message to confirm it.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service, or of taking part in any study.
How often
Message frequency varies with how many suitable studies are recruiting near you, up to 4 messages per month.
Cost
Ventra does not charge for its messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. You can also ask us to stop by email or phone, and you can sign up again later from the Get match alerts page.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your number stays private
